Sinead from Relax Kids joined P2-4 in school today. The children developed practical, easy and fun strategies to improve their mental health and well-being. As you can see they LOVED taking part in these interactive and engaging activities. We are looking forward to welcoming Sinead back next month to work with more VPPS pupils.
