Report an Absence
You are now able to report non-Covid related absences for your child using this form.
Please include your child's name, your email address (for any queries) and in the message box the following:
- Child's name
- Year group
- Teacher
- Reason for absence
Once submitted you will not need to inform the office of your child's absence, unless it is due to Covid-19.
All Covid-19 cases should be reported to the school office immediately by telephone, as directed in the school's Covid Action Plan for Parents. Should you need to take your child out of school for an appointment etc., you should continue to report this directly, in advance, to the class teacher on Seesaw or through the office. Thank you.

Use this form to inform the class teacher and school office of any absences. Please provide the following details: Your child's name, their year group, their teacher's name, dates of absence and the reason for absence.
