One less/One more game

Print out the game board below. Place a paper clip on the spinner and hold a pencil downward for the paper clip to spin around.  Take turns spinning for a number and place a counter over the number that is one more. The winner is the person with the most numbers covered. Repeat game covering numbers that are one less.
