We would like the children to revise multiplying and dividing decimal numbers. Like last week, this is the first time we have really focused on this topic in P7 although they will already have looked at it in P6 and we covered multiplying and dividing whole numbers before Halloween. We would also like the children to revise multiplying and dividing numbers by 10, 100 and 1000 as there are some questions which relate to these concepts.

We would suggest that all children watch the two Corbettmaths Primary multiplication videos on Monday and then watch the two division ones before starting the division activities. Please note that they only need to watch up to the 1:45 mark on the first video as the rest of it looks at equations that are more challenging and aren't included in the activities we have set.
