Week 9- Area and Perimeter
This week in maths you’re using your measuring skills to measure area and perimeter. It’s important that you know the difference so take care you understand what each means before you begin your tasks. Perimeter is the distance around the outside of an object, whereas area is the amount of space an object takes up and it’s measured in cm2 m2 or km2. We’re also revising our multiplication and division facts for the 3 times tables as it’s so important to keep these skills sharp. Have a great week and make sure you send Mr Bleakley and Miss Boyd lots of pictures of your work either on SeeSaw or via email.
