Egyptian gods and goddesses

 

This week you're learning all about religion in Ancient Egypt. The Ancient Egyptians both loved and feared their gods and religion was a very important part of their culture. Their gods mostly looked like animals with human features which will seem strange to us but as you find out more about what each god represented the animal features will make more sense. We've also included some art activities that you may want to have a go at. The colouring pages do not need to be printed out, they are merely to help when it comes to drawing your own god or goddess. The research you do in WAU this week will really help you complete your Literacy tasks too.
