Children's Mental Health awareness
This week is Children's Mental Health Awareness week. It is important that our boys and girls remember that each one of them is unique and that we all have something to celebrate about ourselves! The theme this year is EXPRESS YOURSELF. We have decided that this week we would like the children to do the creative and fun tasks that we have provided - instead of the literacy work already planned for the week. Every day there will be ' A Song for the Day' & 'A Thought for the Day' and this will involve an adult engaging with their child and encouraging them to EXPRESS their thoughts and feelings. There will also be a choice of follow up activity depending on the age/ability of your child. Please send us photos of your work to class SeeSaw accounts.
Please Note:
If you do not have access to a printer you will be able to copy the worksheets onto a page. Also the Thought for a Day Activity has lots of other ideas for you you to do with your child that does not require printing worksheets.
