The children should be familiar with the 8-point compass from P6. We extend their understanding in P7 by looking at angles and turns on the compass. Watch the YouTube video below before starting the activities. These should be completed over Tuesday and Wednesday. If your child only recently moved up a maths group, it may be better for them to complete the activities allocated to their original one.
